Sheridan Memorial Hospital is committed to providing a cardiac catheterization lab to provide cardiac care for Sheridan County residents. The plot is to build the cath lab where the current Pathology Department is says Hospital Facilities Services Manager Rob Forister.

The Board approved $337,000 to go the Pathology Department. O’Dell Construction of Sheridan will be doing the renovation work. Trustees also approved $50,000 to have TSP Inc. place together a schematic design of a new Medical Arts Building. Hospital CEO Mike McCafferty stated that the $50,000 should bring them pretty close to a choice point over the next couple of months.
